Educational Visioning Report

The district recently wrapped up an Educational Visioning process that evaluated and reimagined educational instruction at Dover City Schools. A committee participated in this collaborative process which included two groups–a student team and a staff team. Aligning with the district’s strategic plan, both teams met in the Spring of 2025 to research shifts occurring in education, with the main goal of identifying the impact on Dover students. Committee members were asked to consider what the future of learning in Dover should look like, and in turn, how district facilities might adapt to best support that vision.

The results of the visioning process will help guide the Community Advisory Team which is tasked with developing a facility master plan recommendation to the Board of Education.
